Buying That Nice Used Car - Has It Been Wrecked?

The sale to Fiat means Chrysler could be out of bankruptcy within the government's original timeframe of 30 to 60 days. Chrysler's plan gives a 55 percent stake of the new company to a union-run trust for retirees. Fiat gets a 20 percent stake to Fiat that can ultimately grow to 35 percent. The U.S. and Canadian governments get smaller pieces.
Some ideas to get you started include: an old garden rake. With a coat of paint, an old rake without the handle will serve as a unique and rustic wine glass holder. Also, the ever popular wood pallet needs nothing more than a little love, paint, fabric, or accessory to turn it into a backyard barbecue seat. For a vintage feel, try shopping at the last place you'd think of...a junk yard. Some of those old pickups have some great headlights for accent lighting on a fireplace or focal point in a living room. Most need nothing more than a clear coat to seal in that beautiful rust.
Add on your overhead. That's the time you spend on your business that isn't revenue-producing. It includes marketing, recordkeeping, driving around to provide estimates, etc. It includes printing business cards. It includes your phone. And so on. A good ballpark figure for overhead is 30%. However, once you get rolling, you should adjust that figure up or (more likely) down.
The tower can be a tricky part. In essence, you will need a long pole, such as a TV tower or a flagpole. If you don't want to drop the dough on purchasing a new one of these, simply take a stroll out to your local junkyard and inquire on one of these bad boy's whereabouts. Often times, if a junk yard currently doesn't have one in stock, they can check with other yards and see about ordering one just for you.
Before cutting the fringe, pin the fringe piece to the underside of the casing, positioning it where you want it. If you want to have the seam on the inside, you will put the fringe on the inside before sewing the seam and then turn out. If you want the seam on the outside, the fringe will be on the outside. Stitch 2 seams on the open end of the casing, leaving 1/8" between both seams. You do not need to stitch the top as this is the fold area. Some people like to put the stitching on the outside and then use leather shoelaces to decorate the seam, by creating an over and under type of design. After the stitching is complete, you can cut the fringe and trim the open end to fit the length of the rifle up to the stock.
Other vegetables that you may want to consider for your container vegetable garden include beans and cucumbers. You may also try hot peppers such as those of the cayenne variety.
