Time To Sell That Car into The Junkyard!

Check the fluids: You should check the level of your antifreeze, oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and brake fluid, very regularly: like every time you buy gas.
Monitor your brake pad thickness and don't let the pads wear down to metal - this will cause damage to your brake rotors ("discs") at least and possibly your calipers as well.
Course certification and timing for the 5K is provided by Cadence Sports, Austin, TX. The 1K Pet Walk is not timed, and owners are encouraged to bring their friendly pets. Brian Burns will provide music from 10:00 to 11:30 am prior to the noon free live concert by Bone Doggie and His junkyard Band. Low cost pet vaccinations will be available from 10:00 a.m. to noon.

To start off, try checking out a junk yard. Usually, people don't throw away individual parts, they throw away entire machines. These machines may have a few bad parts, but the ones you're looking for could be in perfect condition. On top of that, you'll get them for next to nothing. Not to mention it's a great place to find obsolete models.
The German government on Sunday agreed to lend GM's Opel unit $2.1 billion, a move necessary for Magna International Inc. to acquire the company. The Canadian car junk yards supplier will take a 20 percent stake in Opel and Russian-owned Sberbank will take a 35 percent, giving the two businesses a majority. GM retains 35 percent of Opel, with the remaining 10 percent going to employees.
You may not feel too comfortable changing your oil, but you can check it easily. It's best to check the oil when your engine is cold. Unscrew the cap and pull out the dipstick. Wipe it with a clean tissue or paper towel. Reinsert the stick all the way. Then pull it back out and check the dipstick.
